Reflections

High-achievers are drawn to watercolor for the same reason they're afraid of it: you can't force the outcome.


You can, however learn what you can control and what you can't (and shouldn't) control which is also one of the secrets to a peaceful life, right? 😎


Learning to let go of control and let the water and the pigment surprise you with what they can do is really part of the joy of watercolor.


Reflections are beautiful and have been captured in paintings for a long, long time. When people in my classes see the effects they can create painting reflections, there is always a collective celebratory feeling about it!



Learn and practice. Then keep practicing and learning.

Also, I absolutely love being at the beach and followed these guys and their friends round for hours getting pictures.
